Information you choose to share

The contact form requests your name, email address, and project overview, with optional company, phone, location, equipment, and scheduling details. The careers form requests contact information and an overview of your background, with an optional public profile or resume link. Please do not submit confidential project files, credentials, or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

Submitted information is used to respond to the inquiry, discuss potential engineering work, or evaluate an introduction for a project or employment opportunity. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.

Hosting and form processing

This website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to process contact and careers submissions. Netlify receives form submissions and may process routine technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the service. Submission notifications are delivered to Custom Automation business email accounts hosted in Microsoft 365.

Cookies and analytics

This site package does not include advertising scripts, analytics trackers, third-party web fonts, or embedded video players. Its pages do not intentionally set tracking cookies. Hosting services may have their own technical logging and security behavior; those practices should be reviewed before publication.

Access and retention

Inquiry and applicant information should be accessible only to people who need it for the relevant discussion or business purpose. The owner must establish a retention and deletion process appropriate to actual operations before collecting submissions.

Questions or requests

Use the contact information on the contact page to ask about information you have submitted or to request its correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed in light of any continuing business or recordkeeping needs.
