Contact

Start with the problem.
We will talk engineering.

Tell us about the equipment, the scope, and the schedule. Whether you need another engineer or help with a difficult machine, this is the place to start.

Let's get to work

A direct conversation.
A practical next step.

We support OEMs, integrators, machine builders, and end users with contract engineering and hands-on controls and robotics help.

How we work

On-site & remote · Project-based & embedded support

A few practical details

Before we get started.

Can you work as an extension of our engineering team?

Yes. The core offering is contract controls and robotics support for OEMs, integrators, and machine builders. The engagement can be a defined programming scope, additional commissioning capacity, or support through a busy project phase.

Do you support existing and legacy equipment?

Yes. Existing equipment, in-field modifications, and legacy Rockwell SLC 500 and PLC-5 systems are part of the experience behind Custom Automation. Share the controller and robot platforms, current condition, and the change you need to make.

Is on-site or emergency support available?

On-site and urgent production support are offered subject to availability, travel, and a clear understanding of the equipment and issue. Response times and the support arrangement are confirmed directly; no automatic response-time guarantee is made.

What should we send with an initial inquiry?

The equipment platform, a brief scope or issue description, project location, and target timing are usually sufficient. Do not send passwords, source code, confidential drawings, or customer-sensitive information through the initial form. Access and document-sharing arrangements can be established after the first conversation.
